Attendance Manager System Support and Maintenance
When
you purchase a Tokairo Student Attendance Manager System,
you receive Tokairo’s comprehensive Support and
Maintenance Assurance that ensures your system remains
current and meets your changing requirements year after
year.
Tokairo manages every call it receives according
to clear guidelines that relate to its severity, the more
severe the problem the quicker our response. Upon receiving
a call we will issue to you a unique call ID number and
will keep you regularly updated with our progress delivering
a resolution. All calls received will be acknowledged
by email within 8 working hours.
Every support call we received is individually
tracked to ensure we maintain our responsive and quality
commitment to you. Tokairo’s Senior Management Team
are also kept up to date and have visibility of all calls
being managed by the different Support Desks.
Your Lifetime Support and Maintenance
Assurance consists of three service provisions from Tokairo
or your selected Tokairo Partner:
Lifetime Software Assurance
You will receive ALL new versions of
the Tokairo software you have purchased, when released.
Tokairo maintains a clear development roadmap
for all its systems that incorporates new office automation
and technical advancements, applying them innovatively
to meet our existing customers’ requirements and
market trends. This ensures your investment in Tokairo
systems remains current year after year.
Lifetime Support
You receive online support from Tokairo.
We will liaise with your college host system vendor providing
timely and regular updates to deliver a resolution. Our
Support Desk will also co-ordinate any scanner hardware
issues that are under cover with Tokairo providing on
site maintenance within the contract agreement period.

A single Annuity Date
Tokairo systems are designed to be
flexible allowing you to select only the functionality
and modules you require. At any time you have the flexibility
to upgrade. We continually listen and respond to new Government
initiatives and changing college processes and requirements,
incorporating new enhancements and features that respond
to your changing requirements.
Your Lifetime Support and Maintenance Agreement
is purchased and renewed annually.
